- To publish research report based on the research activities of the RA.
- To provide an independent unbiased view on securities.
- To offer unbiased recommendation, disclosing the financial interests in recommended securities.
- To provide research recommendation based on publicly available information and known observations.
- To conduct audit annually.
C. Details of Services Provided to Investors
- Onboarding of Clients.
- Disclosure to Clients.
- Distribute research reports and recommendations without discrimination.
- Maintain confidentiality until publication.
D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
For any grievance or complaint, investors should first approach the research analyst. If not resolved within 30 days, complaints can be lodged via SEBI’s SCORES portal:

Do’s:
- Always deal with SEBI registered Research Analysts.
- Verify valid registration certificates.
- Refer to SEBI’s official list: SEBI Registered RAs
- Pay through banking channels only with proper receipts.
- Check for disclosures in research reports.
- Ask questions and clarify doubts before acting.
- Report analysts offering assured/guaranteed returns.
Don’ts:
- Do not hand over funds to the analyst for investments.
- Do not fall for advertisements or market rumors.
- Do not get lured by discounts, gifts or incentives.
- Do not share login credentials or account passwords.
